Every Keoni Beachwear product is made specifically for each customer. We don't maintain large inventories of pre-made merchandise. When you place an order, your item enters our production and fulfillment process.
This made-to-order approach allows us to offer distinctive designs while reducing unnecessary inventory, overproduction and waste.
Because your order is being made for you, please allow additional time for production before your order ships.
ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION
Production times vary depending on the product, order volume and production location. Estimated delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.
When your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
SHIPPING
Keoni Beachwear works with production and fulfillment partners to manufacture and ship our products. Depending on the items ordered, products may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping costs and available shipping methods are calculated during checkout based on your order and destination.
Delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping availability varies by destination.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically indicated during checkout.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Keoni Beachwear.
Because our products are made to order, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before ordering.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us promptly after receiving it. Include your order number and a description of the issue so we can determine the best way to help.
Please contact Keoni Beachwear for the specific return address before sending any merchandise back. Do not return merchandise to the address shown on your original shipping package, as this may be a production or fulfillment facility that cannot process returns.
Do not return an item without contacting Keoni Beachwear first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order number along with clear photographs showing the problem. We'll review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund where applicable.
SIZE & FIT
Sizing can vary between products, so please review the size information provided on the individual product page before ordering.
If you're unsure about sizing before placing your order, contact us. We'd much rather help you choose the right size before your product is made.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and customer safety, certain products may not be eligible for return once worn or used. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise show signs of use may not qualify for return or exchange.
Additional return restrictions may be stated on individual product pages.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part or a defective product.
